Culture Kafé is a place for youth to meet in a carefree environment. It is also a place to experience what church is really about, meeting youth from churches in Chard.

Entry is FREE and and drinks and food are available inside. Usually we have a band playing music as well as other things to do like Pool, Snooker, art and competitions. We take some time to get everyone together and say something about what Culture Kafé is about.

Culture Kafé’s vision statement is:
To provide an environment where churches and young people can draw closer to each other and closer to God. An environment where Christianity is seen as powerful, real, fun, and life changing.

It is held in the Chard Youth Centre once every two months on the second Friday night of the month.

Culture Kafé is put on by various church youth leaders in Chard as the Chard Churches Together Youth Initiative (CCTYI). Ryan Doeller, the CCTYI youth worker, is a key figure in bringing this together.
